Dividend Policy and Payments
The Company has a policy to pay dividend to shareholders at the rate of not less than 50% of net profit according to separate financial statements after taxes and legal reserve.
However, the Board of Directors will consider dividend payment for the most benefits of shareholders such as business expansion plans, loan payment or working capital. Concerning in subsidiary companies, they have a policy to pay dividend to the Company at the rate of not less than 70% of net profit according to separate financial statements after taxes and legal reserve. Nevertheless, the Board of Directors and/or the shareholder of subsidiary companies will consider dividend payment by the suitable of business environment such as investment plan in business expansion, loan payment or working capital.
