Company Subsidiaries

P.C.S. Machine Group Holding Public Company Limited (“the Company” or “PCSGH”) manufactures and distributes steel forgings, aluminum forgings, molds, as well as metal forming and processing, metal parts for engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, metal parts for automobiles and electronic products, including aluminum die-casting parts. Currently, the Company invests in shares of 3 subsidiaries in Germany and Hungary: P.C.S. Machine Group Holding GmbH (“PHG”), P.C.S. Smart Mobility GmbH (“PSM”), and P.C.S. Smart Energy GmbH (“PSE”), which are companies under common control with the Company's shareholders.
